Looking hot while killing zombies, welcome to Onechanbara
So on a tip from my Therapist I picked up Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie slayers because she said it was killing zombies with hot Asian girls and swords, the more than enough for me to play a game.
This game was realised on the Wii and the Xbox, and like so many titles on the Wii that are also out on other systems..the took a lot of the plot out and gave it slightly annoying controls. I have been told by ym Theaprist again, that the Xbox release has more cut scenes that flesh out the story, and I am going to assume the controls are better.
You start off being able to pick between one of 2 sisters, with the ability to change their costumes to much sexier versions later after achieveing quests and beating the game. The story is the sisters are looking for each other, something about Banebul Blood and it making them go crazy..seriously not much of this is explained well. There are 2 other characters you can play as later, I assume after you beat the game, but I haven't gotten that far. But I did have to fight one of them as a boss, if that counts for anything.
The 2 reasons you play this game are obvious Fan cerise and killing zombies, which I can totally appricate. To unlock more sexy outfit, you need to beat a stage and go play in Free Mode and to Quests/Missions, the problem is the game doesn't tell you what they are until you do it, so be preprared to guess or searth the web for guides on what to do, or just go here: Onechanbara walk through: PDF form, just trust me on that..it is a life saver.
Another thing with this game is comboing, combo better and get more exp to level up faster, make sense expect most monster die in like 3 hits and the combo meter doesnt get good till 10..and it is short lived not giving you time to continue the combo chain. Also there are "rings" that get dropped from special monsters along the way, and theses can only be killed by "Cool Comboing", which is perfect zen timing on your combo. This would be all well and good by me and comboing don't get along, it's part of the reason why I don't do fighting games.
The game is kinda repeating it's self, but I kinda expected that going into this game..mostly giving it's not a complex game and one again it's on the Wii.
If your not interested in mad questing or trying to figure out comboing, this isn't that long of a game. You could probably beat it in a weekend run if you so wanted to, your arm might be tired from waving the wii mote around though. So if you like sexy barely clothed asians with swords cutting and beating the hell out of zombies, I would recommend you get this game even more so if you have an Xbox..if you have a will you might dig this but be bummed that the Xbox version is better, but that shouldn't be something new to Wii owners, disappointment.

The Apathy Guide to E3
So E3 is done..gone and in the books. And this might shock people, but I couldn't give a shit about E3 this year, the second I heart there wasn't going to be anything on Persona 5.
Yes I heard about the NGP or whatever the hell Sony is going to call it...and yes I saw the Wii U micro tv controller thing..Not really impressed by any of it, mostly because my Wii collects dust and ever since Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker..my PSP has been collection dust. Will I get the Sony NGP, yes probably..but alot later. I don't even care about what the Xbox was going on.
But Zero, what about Mass Effect 3..? I already knew Mass Effect 3 was going to be there, so i wasn't like, "HOLY CRAP ON A STICK MASS EFFECT 3". But the deluxe edition looks cool..mostly because of the DLC and the N7 patch..for only 20$ more, total deal.
So I might care about all of this later, but as of right now..nothing..
Anyone reading this hearing anything on Persona 5..?

Sam and Max Season 1 epsiode 1
So after dusting off my Wii, i turned it on and went ahead to play Sam and Max. Now I remember Sam and Max from a few years ago, so I was excited to get into this game.
Was I disappointed..No..Was I impressed..No...
The game is a point and click crime game, like "Day 1" of any Phoenix Wright game, where you ask questions and find items to solve the case. Expect you take Phoenix Wright: shoot it full of Acid, make it snort pixie sticks, watch a bunch of violent cartoons, then tie it to an ACME rocket, and you get Sam and Max.
The hardest part of it is choosing what dialogue to make the game continue, so that can get kinda frustrating. The only other annoying part more foucses on the Wii than the game. Same Wii hardware issues, a spazzastic motion controller, I could go on and on about the Wii, but any gamer should know about it
Nothing impressive as game play goes, the biggest selling point is the extremely hilarious dialogue and characters. *SPOILER* the first bad guy is a ex-child star who gets hypnotic goggle to control the now ex-child stars who bumped him off*END SPOILER* See that is just to funny..plus Sam and Max are hillarious. Sam a Dog wearing a suit with semi smart quips..and Max as crazy bunny..best i got is a crazy bunny.
Anyway if you want something not to hard with funny zany characters and just as insane dialogue, then pick this up. Just be patient with the Wii and being stuck on dialogues.

dusting off the WII
So my brother got me sam and max season 1 for the wii for my birthday. so this means time to dust off my ignored WII and find my wii mote. my WII just collects dust, expect when i get a strange desire to go old school with my gaming or if i want to play No More Heroes, but beside that my wii sits neglected due to it's crappy game selction, which are mostly family orientated.
Also due to the crappy wii mote, which had to be upgraded with the plus, which I don't own. Th Wii was ahead of it's time with motion gaming, but then came the PS move and the Kinect, whcih blew the wii out of the water, that has always been Nintendo's problem, being ahead of the curve but never being able to keep up with the curve.
So after dusting it off..checking for system updates I popped in Sam and Max season 1.
